Designs ARE NOT delivered by regular mail. If you don't receive your order within 24 hours, please Email Jan Smith Save your attachment as soon as you receive the order. Unzip them and check to make sure they are all there and OK. It is always a smart idea to "back up your designs" on a CD, USB stick or external hard drive.
