2170 Peacock Proud "Video Tutorial" in 4D Embroidery Software

This tutorial is ONLY for the owners of the Pfaff 2170/2140/2144 machine with the "Grand Hoop."
The designs are copyrighted by Skeldale House Designs and were created specifically for this lesson
showing how to "split" large designs for this hoop.

We will be working together in 4D Embroidery Extra on the Design and Edit pages,
4D Design Aligner and 4D Stitch Editor on the Design and Modify pages.

We will be analyzing each design for the best split possible, using the straight line,
and intelligent splits; also the draw range, etc., and you will gain information from
this lesson that will help you when creating or splitting any large design for the Grand Hoop.

Once the designs are split, I will show you different suggestions for preparing fabric
and hoop. Then we will transfer one of the designs to the 2170 machine using the Send TO
option. At the machine we will save the "A" and "B" designs and then create the
ESQ sequence file then continue to embroider and line up the 2nd half of the design in
the machine with the 1st half (already embroidered) in the hoop, using Precise Position.

These lesson DVD's were created with the latest technology. DVD drives
that are older (3 years or more) or "off-brands" may not have the updated
codecs that can read my DVD's. Yes, you can purchase a new DVD for a
reasonable price, but please keep all this in mind before purchasing
my lessons that are on DVD's.
Also, this lesson is for 2140 series machines and the Grand Hoop, so be sure
you are ordering the correct lesson for the correct machine.

I've included a separate tutorial on a DIFFERENT way to embroider in the
Grand Hoop by "manually" setting up a Grand Hoop design in the
software and at the machine without the need for an ESQ file.
